Host family

For a complete French experience we recommend staying with a host family. They have been selected for their friendliness, and they really enjoy having you stay. This is the best way to practise your French, make the most of your time, and become immersed in French culture.

q       The stay starts the Sunday preceding your course and ends the Sunday following the end of your course.

q       During your stay you will share daily life with French family living in Biarritz, Anglet or Bayonne. You will have a private bedroom. Breakfast and supper are provided during the week, and all three meals are included during weekends. 

q       Generally, our selected host families receive 1 to a maximum of 3 students (on request for friends/family travelling together))

q       Walking trip between home and school : 5 minutes.  By bus : 30 minutes at most

q       Welcoming the students : At the airport or train station by a host family member, carrying a placard with the student name. For students coming by car the meeting-point will be agreed later on.

Hôtel; Auberge de jeunesse and apartements

            There is a large number of 1 to 5 star Hotels, and also a limited number of apartments available in Biarritz. We are happy to provide you with a full list of those available, and to make recommendations.
